Guestlogix is a white label travel commerce platform powered by AI and machine learning, designed to enhance the travel experience by helping travelers discover and purchase curated experiences. It integrates digital concierge services into an airline's mobile channel, delivering highly relevant, personalized information and offers to travelers. With an extensive marketplace of bookable content, ancillary revenue teams can provide the products and services travelers need at every stage of their journey, from planning through to the end of their trip. Guestlogix empowers travelers to create unforgettable adventures with ease and convenience.
The challenge was to create a mobile app for iOS and Android with a clean, adaptable design that allows for easy rebranding. When I joined TribalScale, I took over this project halfway through, inheriting a few completed flows, which I refined and modified to improve the user experience. User mapping was critical in understanding the flow and needs of travelers throughout their journey. The app needed to incorporate key features such as a digital concierge for personalized recommendations, a calendar for managing travel schedules, secure credit card information storage, flight planning tools, and options for ordering experiences and services during flights. Additionally, it included a user profile section, detailed service pages, and seamless navigation to ensure a smooth and engaging experience across all branded versions.

This process helped clarify how users would interact with the app at different stages of their journey, ensuring a logical and intuitive experience. By visualizing the pathways between features such as the digital concierge, calendar, credit card information, flight planning, and in-flight service orders, I was able to refine the overall structure and improve the navigation for a smoother, more cohesive user experience.

Here, users can easily search for flights by entering a flight number or selecting a departure date from the integrated calendar. They can also add or remove flights as needed to customize their travel plans. The concierge also offers insights into local attractions and experiences, helping travelers discover the best of their destination. This streamlined process ensures users can plan every aspect of their travel with ease and convenience.

This design system is intentionally small, focusing on the essential components needed to create a cohesive and consistent user experience. It includes a limited but versatile set of elements such as buttons, forms, and typography styles, all designed to be easily customizable and adaptable across different platforms and brands. The compact nature of the system ensures simplicity while still providing the flexibility required for scaling or rebranding, making it efficient and easy to maintain.
I created the prototype as an interactive representation of the app's design and functionality, allowing stakeholders to visualize user interactions and flows before development. It included both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity screens, demonstrating key features such as the dashboard, experience selection, and in-flight services.
